Materials

Wesgo Ceramics provides Advanced Materials such as Zirconia Toughened Alumina, Alumina Nitride formulations, Controlled Resistivity Alumina, along with our family of Alumina materials. In addition, Wesgo provides Silicon Carbide as defined by customer specifications.

We are a fully integrated manufacturer from raw material preparation through to the assembly, testing and cleaning of finished components. Wesgo provides technical ceramics in a range of high purity Aluminum Oxides, with metalizing, brazing and nickel coatings capabilities.

Alumina

The WESGO alumina family includes four standard, dense, vacuum-tight compositions containing from 94% to 99.9% alumina to cover a wide range of applications.

Advanced Materials

Wesgo supplies Alumina, and Zirconia Toughened Alumina, materials for applications requiring high purity, high corrosion resistance, great strength and toughness.

Aluminum Nitride

Wesgo supplies Aluminum Nitride formulations for parts and assemblies. Our formulations offer high thermal conductivity, high purity, high strength, and tailorable resistivity*. Thick film metalization and ABA brazing are available for special applications.

Controlled Resistivity Alumina

Wesgo supplies charge dissipative Aluminas and charge dissipative coatings. Our controlled resistivity Al203's offer high strength, high thermal conductivity, good dielectric strength, and tailorable resistivity. In addition, our CD coating will improve the breakdown voltage of high power, high vacuum devices.
