At MTC Wesgo we work with high purity alumina ceramics of various grades, combining extensive materials knowledge with highly efficient and economical design and manufacturing processes for cost effective component solutions.
Our design engineers have extensively researched the behaviour and characteristics of high purity alumina ceramics and can work with you to find the best possible components for your applications. We combine this expansive knowledge with dry pressing and ISO pressing for a final product that performs excellently, whether manufactured in high or low volumes.
We work with high purity alumina ceramic materials including AL300, AL500, AL600, AL995 and AL998. The properties of these grades vary although they do possess common characteristics such as durability and hardness, chemical resistance and thermal conductivity. By varying purities and compositions, MTC Wesgo engineers can ensure that the end product uses an alumina grade which is able to stand up to the demands of the application in question.
