1927 – Wesgo founded in San Francisco

1929 – David C. Davis and Walter Hack become the new owners

1955 – Wesgo is sold to Wilber B. Diver

1956 – Wesgo moves to a larger facility in Belmont, California

1968 – David C. Davis retires

1968 – Wesgo is purchased by GTE Sylvania

1971 - Pete Smith becomes the President of Wesgo until 1991

1991 – Morgan Crucible acquires Wesgo making it part of the Morgan Technical Ceramics group of businesses
